30-Day Refund Period: We offer a 30-day trial for all our products, which means you have 30 days to try it out, live with it, and love it. 

Eligibility for Return: If at any point in the first 30 days you decide that you're not 100% satisfied with your new products, return them for a full refund.

Refund Process: Please contact us to start your return. After authorisation, we'll provide the correct return address. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll email you to approve or reject your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a designated timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and your bank. If the issue persists, contact us.

Sale Items: Sale items are eligible for refunds, just like regular-priced items.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit upon return receipt. If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage costs, and we advise using a tracked service. Shipping charges from the original order will only be refunded if the product is defective or damaged.
